Ordering, Shipping, Returns

How can I place an order?

Orders may be placed through our web site by paying with Pay Pal, by printing the mail order form from the web site, or by calling toll free 1-877-528-4378. If ordering over the phone, please have your payment information ready at that time.

How can I pay for my order?

We require payment in full before we ship your order. This includes shipping charges. Internet orders are paid with Pay Pal. We accept Visa or MasterCard for orders placed over the telephone. You may also print and mail an order form to pay by check or money order. If paying by personal check, your order may be held 10 business days to allow your check to clear.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are normally shipped in 2 to 5 business days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately as to when we will have it available to ship. We will always give you an estimated shipping date when you place your order.

How will my order be shipped, and how are shipping charges calculated?

All retail orders are shipped via US Post Office Priority Mail. When ordering online, your shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the weight of the items ordered and the shipping destination. If you are ordering a large amount of items (generally over $100.00) you may call us to inquire about a more economical shipping method such as UPS.

Can I return anything I ordered?

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted when the proper products have been sent. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns and still guarantee the purity of our products to our customers. Products will be replaced or credited only when there has been a shipping error on our part.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Please be certain of your order when you place it. Because we often prepare and ship orders within hours after they are placed, we normally cannot accept order cancellations. If you need to cancel your order, and you call us BEFORE we have prepared or shipped your order, we will certainly cancel it for you.

Samples

Can I get samples to try products before I buy them?

If you want to sample our soaps, simply send us a self-addressed, stamped envelope (use 3 first class stamps). Please include a note that includes your name, address, phone number (or email address), and the names of 1 or 2 varieties of soap you would like to try. Please note: soap samples are small slices of soap (not full size bars) that will allow you to try our product.

We do not offer free samples of our skin creams at this time. Sample sizes of our Skin Therapy Crème are available for purchase for $2.00 each plus shipping. Please see the products section of our web site.

Your Personal Information

What do you do with the personal information I gave when placing my order?

We never share ANY of the information you give us with anyone else. We will call or e-mail you if we have any questions about your order. And, we will occasionally send you e-mail about sales or new products. You may notify us at any time if you do not want to be on our e-mail list.
